What is the minimum order for delivery?

Minimum Order for Checkout is $35 (after any promotion), with delivery fee of $8.

For Free Delivery, Order must be at least $80. (after any promotion)

Any gift customisation of fruit box available?

All our orders are packed in recycled fruit boxes. However, you may opt for Gift Customisation service. A brand new carton box will be provided along with a Gift Card for your recipient. (Gift message is subjected to 80 characters only)

Can I do self-collection?

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, self-collection is unavailable.

What are your payment modes?

We accept PayNow/Bank Transfer.


Please submit your payment screenshot under "Payment Verification" page.

How do I use my discount code?

All discount/promo codes can be input at Checkout. You may enter your codes there accordingly.


However, do note that certain promo codes are only eligible for first time buyers.

Why am I not eligible for the promo code?

Do note that certain promotional codes are only applicable to first time buyers. Minimum order amount for promo codes to be eligible will be $35 (after discount).

Would I be able to cancel or edit my orders?

All items sold cannot be changed or refunded.

How do I place a group buy or corporate order?

Why does my item(s) received looks different from the photo?

Kindly note that photos are for illustration purposes only. The actual item(s)/fruit(s) will depend on the shipment arrival.

What if the fruit(s) I ordered went out of stock?

Availability of fruits are subjected to season and flight/shipment. In the event that the fruits you ordered are not available before delivery, we will process the refund to you as a store credit/refund for you. You may keep the amount as a store credit to offset your future orders.

When will I receive my order upon confirmation?

Our next delivery date is stated on the checkout page. Please choose accordingly. We deliver based on the our weekly delivery schedule (Every Thursday & Saturday, between 10am-8pm).


Please note that we don't do delivery on any other days.

Delivery Enquiry

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver locally, within Singapore (islandwide).

What are your delivery days?

We deliver on every Thursdays and Saturdays. If a Public Holiday falls on those days, we will still fulfil our delivery to you.


Do note that during the Durian season, we will be delivering durian orders on Wednesdays and Fridays (between 6.30pm - 10pm). Durian and other fruits cannot be ordered together.

What are the applicable delivery charges?

Orders of $80 (after any promotion) and above are entitled to free delivery. There will be a delivery charge of $8 for orders below $80.

What is the earliest day I can select for my delivery?

We will need at least 24 to 36 hours to prepare your order, earliest delivery date will be 2 days after an order is placed. Dates available for delivery will be automatically shown at Checkout.


Delivery slots will close 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. Example: For Wednesday delivery, orders will close on Monday, 5pm.

What if I have multiple locations for delivery?

If you would like to send to different addresses, kindly order them separately.


You can checkout separate orders for each location you require. As long as each order is at least $80, you’ll get free delivery. Otherwise you’ll need at least $35 to checkout with a delivery fee of $8.

Can I change the delivery date after I have placed an order?

No, we do not accept any changes after an order has been confirmed.

Can I request for re-delivery if there is no one at home?

No, we do not provide re-delivery. The fruit box will be left outside the unit (as per delivery address). There will be no re-delivery if the delivery personnel is not able to enter the premises. Order will be deem as fulfilled.


A photo of the fruits box will be taken and sent to inform customer of the successful delivery. Joifruits will not be liable for any missing/damage to the fruits.

Defective/Incorrect/Missing Items

What if I received a defective item?

If you believe you have received a defective item, you can send it to us at orders@joifruits.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.


All defective items have to be made known to us within 24 hours upon receiving of goods.


If the item is deemed defective by Joifruits, store credit will be issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will not expire. Joifruits reserve the rights to choose to issue store credit or refund

I received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you believe you have received an incorrect item in your order, drop us an email at orders@joifruits.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item.


If the item is deemed missing by Joifruits, store credit or a refund will be issued. Where store credits are issued, such store credits will not expire. Joifruits reserve the rights to choose to issue store credit or refund.

I have a missing item from my order, what should I do?

If you believe you have missing item in your order, drop us an email at orders@joifruits.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item.
